So, I completely give up on Weight Watchers Points Plus.
It doesn’t work! I’VE ACTUALLY GAINED WEIGHT! I was 295 pounds, then I was 290, and after 8 weeks I’m back to 295.
This is not what I expected when I started, especially since I’ve been working out too.
My mom suggested I do the old Weight Watchers and see if I lose weight, I think I will. I mean, I need to lose weight before I leave for grad school in the fall.
